"I Spy" Challenge for Manufacturing Month
EntSun News/11038348
MILWAUKEE, Oct. 1, 2024 ~ Milwaukee-based company Sellars is making a big splash this October with their "I Spy" challenge, aimed at bringing attention to the trillion-dollar manufacturing industry in the United States. As part of Manufacturing Month, Sellars is giving away $500 prize packages to lucky winners who participate in the challenge.
According to Michelle Gross, vice president of marketing for Sellars, the challenge is a fun way to highlight the importance of American-made products and the role they play in our daily lives. "Manufacturing is the backbone of our country and small and mid-size companies like ours employ millions of Americans and produce essential products that support our work and home lives," she said.
To enter the "I Spy" challenge, participants can visit Sellars' Facebook page from October 1-31, 2024. All they have to do is snap a picture of any Sellars product "in the wild," identify where it was taken, and share it as a comment on that week's designated post. With over 50 different products available, Sellars' items can be found everywhere from auto shops and factory floors to school cafeterias and city zoos.

Each week during Manufacturing Month, one lucky winner will be drawn and sent a prize package worth $500. This includes a $200 Visa e-card, as well as high-end items made from recycled materials such as a Patagonia Tote Pack, Voited Picnic Blanket, Sunski Sunglasses, Handmade Cozy made from repurposed climbing rope, Moleskine Notebook made from Forest Stewardship Council-certified paper, and a six-pack of Bravo paper towels made by Sellars from 90% recycled paper and cardboard.
Sellars' products are not only environmentally friendly but also widely used in various industries. Their TOOLBOX® Blue Shop Towels are made with 60% recycled fiber and can be found in auto shops, manufacturing facilities, garages, and homes. The company's white rags are also popular among DIYers for tasks such as painting, staining, and wallpapering, as they are made from up to 45% recycled fibers.
Sellars' wiping products for commercial markets are sold nationally through janitorial/sanitary, industrial, safety, and specialty distributors. Their consumer products can be found at major retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, Mills Fleet Farm, Blains Farm & Fleet, Tractor Supply, O'Reilly Auto Parts, and NAPA.
