One notable arrest was made after a suspect was caught stealing from two different locations just blocks away from each other. The SIU detectives have been working closely with local businesses to follow up on theft cases and ensure that justice is served.
In addition to these arrests, one officer has been assigned to handle all felony charges related to these investigations. The Spokane Police Department wants to remind community members that this crackdown on theft will continue. If you witness a theft or have any information that could aid in an investigation, please contact Crime Check at 509.456.2233. Together, we can make our community safer for everyone.
