Spokane: Indian Canyon Golf Course Opens Thursday, March 12, 2026

SPOKANE, Wash. ~ Spokane, Washington - As the golf season approaches, the City of Spokane has announced that Indian Canyon golf course will be opening its doors on Thursday, March 12. This marks the fourth and final City course to announce its 2026 opening date, with The Creek at Qualchan, Downriver, and Esmeralda already open for the season.
Golf enthusiasts can look forward to playing on all permanent greens at Indian Canyon, with carts also being allowed on the course. The driving range and restaurant will also be open for players' convenience.
Designed in 1930 by renowned designer H. Chandler Egan, Indian Canyon has been recognized by Golf Digest as one of the top 25 public courses in the United States multiple times. Known for its challenging layout that requires precision from tee to green, Indian Canyon has hosted numerous major tournaments over the years.
