Kiganda pivoted STM to focus on mental health and wellness after a deeply personal year in 2022 where she attended six funerals. "After navigating my own mental health challenges and finding my way back to joy, I realized how many people and organizations could benefit from the same support and tools we've created to help overcome burnout and find balance and fulfillment," she said.

Originally focused on transforming brands through design, marketing, and creative strategy, STM expanded its mission to also transform the lives behind the brands.
