The company has expanded rapidly, growing from its co-founders into a team of over 39 employees in just two years, reflecting increasing demand and continued investment in its people.

Smarta Energy has also remained committed to supporting the local community. Recent initiatives include the "Running 9–5 for Cash for Kids" fundraiser, where Group Managing Director Kieran Dixon completed a 74km treadmill challenge to raise funds for disadvantaged children across North and West Yorkshire, alongside planting 74 trees.

This builds on an ongoing partnership with Cash for Kids, with £3,707 raised over the past six months, as well as support for Mission Christmas, where the team helped pack gifts for over 600 children across the region.
