Pattern of Practice from Bread Financial AKA Comenity Capital Bank Against Consumer

A lawsuit has been produced against Bread Financial AKA Comenity Capital Bank by a consumer in Arizona who's good name was severely damaged by Bread Financial AKA Comenity Capital Bank to a third party Wayfair. The consumer was shopping on Wayfair to buy a queen sofa bed from Wayfair and was approved for up to $4,000.00 by Bread Financial AKA Comenity Capital Bank for Wayfair. The consumer proceeded with all of their requirements as in documentation, ID verification downloads to another third party company, email responses and more. After the consumer completed all of Bread Financial AKA Comenity Capital Bank demands, the Plaintiff was told you "are approved" just need to complete the final stages of the process, the consumer again complied but was questioning so many processes  to a third part company. The consumer was told wait 2 hrs for an email for our "final decision", again this was approved. Consumer received an email that stated" POTENTIONALL FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY" our decision is final. Bread Financial AKA Comenity Capital Bank. The consumer is a retired film executive with a good name, Bread Financial AKA Comenity Capital Bank has "tarnished severely the consumers good name by this "libelous and character defamation" of the consumers good name.  Bread Financial AKA  appointed Counsel CMT Law in Los Angeles had one week for a resolution they failed to comply, the case is being filed as expedited for $25,000 in damages plus legal fees.
