One of Nation's Most Successful Property Management Companies Rebrands Itself 'Asset Living' to Emphasize Commitment to Clients
EntSun News/10772158
HOUSTON - April 9, 2019 - EntSun -- Asset Campus Housing has a new brand and a new name--Asset Living—that better reflects where the company has been, where it is going and why its clients continue to turn to it when looking for a third-party management company.
"Our new name, Asset Living, encompasses everything about who we are and where we are going," said Ryan McGrath, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Living. "The name reflects how the properties we manage serve residents through all of their stages of life—from student housing to multi-family communities to senior living centers."
In designing the new brand and the new logo, the company wanted to better match the current company values and the clients it serves by showcasing the firm's three divisions (student housing, conventional multifamily and senior housing) while also highlighting the hard-earned "Asset" name in a new, modern way. The new logo demonstrates visually how Asset has evolved and grown over the last decade.
In addition to the new logo and new identity, Asset Living also is launching a new website (http://assetliving.com) and email addresses. The new identity also has brought some important internal changes to better position the company for growth. These include hiring a new chief financial officer, new chief technology officer and a new vice president of business development. Asset also has reorganized its marketing department and is creating an intranet so company leaders will have access to real-time, decision-critical key performance indicators.

"We compete for our clients, not against them," McGrath said. "We intentionally do not have an ownership interest in any properties to avoid any conflict of interest with clients. We also have a longer track record and a portfolio size that is three times larger than our closest competitor."
Asset currently has more than 3,000 employees spread across properties in 40-plus states and a managed-property portfolio that consists of 140,000 beds and a total unit count of more than 60,000 units. Asset represents more than 80 clients, ranging from large institutional investors to one-off owners.
