Navy Yard's Newest Sports Bar Transforms into a "Sleigh All Day" Holiday Pop-Up Experience Hosting a Weekly Brunch and an All-Night Holiday Bash

WASHINGTON - EntSun -- Walters Sports Bar, Navy Yard's haven for sports fans, celebrates its first holiday season in its new digs and isn't being shy about bringing out the holiday feels. The new kid on the block launches its "Sleigh All Day" Holiday Pop-Up Experience Saturday, December 7, 2019, in conjunction with their weekly Truly Bottomless Brunch. The "truly bottomless" brunch serves up tapas style comfort foods, Truly Hard Seltzer, mimosas, and bloody marys 11am to 3pm. After brunch, the party continues with an all-night Holiday Bash, hosted by Ba'naka as Mrs. Claus, every Saturday 10pm to close until Christmas.

Walters Sports Bar came to Navy Yard to fill the void (and the glass) of Nationals game-goers eagerly looking for a drink after the game. This holiday season, owner Jeremy Gifford welcomes his neighbors and Nationals Stadium visitors to #WalkOnOverToWalters to share in the explosion of holiday cheer. "Walters is a couple hundred feet from Enchant Christmas at the Nats Stadium and a great spot to check out while you're in the neighborhood!" says Gifford. "I'm really excited to reveal the new fire pits and holiday cocktails that will definitely keep everyone warm and in the holiday spirit."

Other must-try holiday cocktails include the Watch Me Whip, Watch Me Sleigh Sleigh boozy hot chocolate, Walters Fig Old Fashioned, the Santa-gria, and Walters take on the classic cherry crush, Jingle Juice.
