Monthly wine dinner series continues in February at Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach

FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. - EntSun -- Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach will continue its monthly wine dinner series on Wednesday, Feb. 12, with the acclaimed Cakebread Cellars headlining an upscale evening at JWB Grill.

The four-course prix fixe dinner will showcase Cakebread's signature Napa Valley wines, paired with dishes crafted by the resort's award‑winning culinary team. Guests can expect an elegant, coastal-inspired dining experience.

The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. and features four courses designed to complement the depth and character of the featured wines.

Guests will enjoy a menu designed to highlight the depth and warmth of each wine:

• First Course: Mini crab cake with wonton cracker, avocado aioli and micro greens; paired with Cakebread Cellars 2023 Sauvignon Blanc
• Second Course: Truffle wild mushroom ravioli with truffle cream demi sauce and arugula; paired with Bezel by the Cakebread Family 2024 San Luis Obispo Coast Pinot Noir
• Third Course: Cornmeal-dusted diver scallops with saffron risotto, saffron tuile and basil oil; paired with Cakebread Cellars 2023 Napa Valley Chardonnay
• Finale: Warm fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate ganache; paired with Mullan Road Cellars 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon
