Mesa: Model Trains Roll Into Red Mountain Library

~ The Grand Canyon State Model Railroaders model train club is making its way to the Red Mountain Branch of Mesa Public Library on Tuesday, March 17. The club's impressive model railroad display, spanning over 750 square feet, will feature a variety of HO-scale trains, multiple passing tracks, and historical dioramas. Bridges, villages, and towns will also be included in the display.
The model railroad display will be open to the public on various days and times throughout the week. On Tuesday, March 17 through Thursday, March 19, it will be open from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. On Friday, March 20, it will be open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on Saturday, March 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Visitors can expect to see model train operators on-site who will be available to answer any questions and demonstrate how the model railroad is designed and constructed. Families and children of all ages are welcome to attend this free event.
