Logan is a serial entrepreneur with experience in insurance, real estate, and social media marketing.  Originally from the Tampa Bay Area Logan founded his own real estate investment company in 2015 focused on single family and multi-family asset acquisition.  Since its founding, the company has completed hundreds of real estate transactions across Tampa Bay and throughout southwest Florida. Embert's shared passion for real estate began as a lawyer in California.  After attending UC Riverside for undergraduate, Embert attended Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. School of Law at UC Davis.  From there he went on to work for the California State Legislature and private practices in Sacramento, California before finding his calling in real estate law.  Embert is now a realtor and real estate attorney for residential and commercial clients. "I look forward to assisting entrepreneurs in our territory in all aspects of starting and growing their business," said Embert "I believe Logan and I both have strong backgrounds and expertise to coach and advise young business owners."

Logan and Embert plan to open multiple locations themselves and help develop other franchisees in their territory.  They are actively pursuing locations to open in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Brandon Florida.
