Macadamian Technologies and Foko Retail Announce OEM Partnership to Deliver Queue Management Solution to Assist with Business Re-opening

GATINEAU, Quebec - EntSun -- Macadamian Technologies, a leader in custom design and development of digital health and connected medical device software, today announces an OEM partnership with Foko Retail, a leader in retail task management and communication software. Through this partnership, Foko Retail will OEM and integrate virtual shopper intake and queue management capabilities into its retail management software platform.

• MyQueue: a virtual waiting line for customers who want to come into the store. Customers can use the app to add themselves to a waitlist of shoppers and are given a place in the queue. They will then receive a notification when it is their turn to enter. The concierge view of the app allows the retailer to easily oversee who is up next and manage a store's capacity.

• MyReservation: a tool for customers to book appointment times to come into the store and meet with an associate. They simply open the application, choose the store location and time slot they'd like, and confirm their reservation.
