Each session begins with a 15-minute intake discussion to identify areas of focus, areas to avoid, and current concerns. Clients then receive a 90-minute hands-on treatment tailored to their goals. The appointment concludes with a 15-minute debrief to review outcomes, discuss self-care strategies, and create personalized homework that supports long-term progress.

"I designed the session flow to give clients space to understand what's happening in their bodies," Aldan said. "Effective pain relief requires partnership. When clients can connect the dots between their symptoms, their movement patterns, and their habits, the changes last longer."

Aldan's work is shaped by her background in emotional resilience (speaking, coaching, mentoring, and authorship) as well as her long-standing interest in how stress physiology, posture, and nervous system regulation influence chronic pain.
