The oldest son, Ronnie Lipps, began working with his father early on and has spent more than 20 years at his side. Ronnie continues to honor his dad's standards of quality, safety, and customer-first service, bringing hands-on expertise and consistency to every project.

In 2018, Kevin Lipps, the middle brother, took over as CEO, leading the company into a new era of growth while staying grounded in the family's long-held values. The youngest brother, Tom Lipps, joined the business two years ago, rounding out the leadership team and bringing fresh energy to the business and administrative side. His role ensures smooth operations, improved customer communication, and continued long-term stability.

Adding further depth to the leadership team is longtime family friend Brett Hardtke, who oversees project-based install jobs and general contracting.
