This in-person workshop will allow you to collaborate with other school staff. You will learn research-based best practices for professional development. You will gain knowledge of professional development activities to keep the team in your building engaged. You will also learn about tools to help you effectively communicate with staff.

The Leadership Workshop is a half-day workshop that will teach you how to be more effective during professional development and give you time to plan your upcoming professional development days.
