Leaders Convene for "Live2Lead: Resilience in Action

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - EntSun -- Louisville, KY — More than 60 leaders from healthcare, nonprofit, corporate, housing, education, and workforce sectors gathered for Live2Lead: Resilience in Action — A Leadership Luncheon Experience, hosted by Gifted By Design Leadership & Consulting.

The convening positioned resilience not as a soft skill, but as a structural leadership competency required to navigate workforce fatigue, economic volatility, health disparities, and culture strain heading into 2026.

Through a licensed simulcast partnership with Maxwell Leadership, attendees engaged nationally recognized leadership content, followed by local executive dialogue led by regional leaders and subject-matter experts, including:

• Renee Murphy, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Norton Healthcare, addressing leadership communication and community trust in complex health systems.
• Darrell Fuller, President of Tantalum Partners and national advisor on racial health disparities, speaking on equity and access in workforce and health strategy.
• Dr. Bruce Cupp, Founder of Cupp Chiropractic Wellness Center, connecting brain health and whole-person wellness to sustainable leadership performance.
• Corenza Townsend, Chief Administrative Officer of Norton West Louisville Hospital, focusing on operational leadership and advancing opportunity through healthcare systems.
• Tony Holt, healthcare executive and Co-Founder of Heal90, emphasizing restorative health and prevention as foundations for workforce resilience.
• Bridgette P. Johnson, President & CEO of New Directions, offering perspective on organizational stability and community-centered growth.
• Dr. Jameelah Henderson, educator and leadership coach, addressing values-centered leadership within learning communities.

The experience also featured a Leadership Lounge designed to strengthen regional leadership ecosystems. The Lounge included live-streamed interviews hosted by Ms. Krystal Goodner, founder of Black Lou Live and Kandid Konversations, spotlighting featured local leaders and Gifted By Design Affiliates and extending the conversation beyond the room through digital engagement. Additional experiential elements included a live wellness demonstration highlighting leadership sustainability and a live art installation capturing resilience in real time.

Gifted By Design plans to expand Live2Lead: Resilience in Action in 2027 with increased executive-level activation and corporate partnerships.
