Jon Dorenbos Brings Magic, Comedy & Football to Cove Haven Resorts January 2019

More than just a tale of a man who overcame traumatic life events, the Jon Dorenbos story is one about a man who found life in two completely unrelated fields: magic and football.

Graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Business, Jon was picked up by the Buffalo Bills as a free agent in 2003 and played with the Tennessee Titans, Philadelphia Eagles, and New Orleans Saints over parts of 14 seasons as a long-snapper. on graduated from the University of Texas, El Paso, with a degree in Business. He was picked up by the Buffalo Bills as a free agent in 2003. He spent 14 seasons in the National Football League, playing for the Tennessee Titans, Philadelphia Eagles and the New Orleans Saints. Dorenbos' NFL career ended in 2017 due to a life-threatening heart condition.

Before he was a football player, Jon's true passion began just before his 13th birthday as he became hooked on magic.

Jon went on to compete on America's Got Talent and has performed for live audiences in Las Vegas and Hollywood. His NFL career over, Jon Dorenbos' only has one focus: blowing away live audiences with his magic as he tours the country, reproducing the same feeling of amazement he had so many years ago watching David Copperfield perform.

What's Jon been up to recently? He hosted a television show with the Eagles and has won two Emmy Awards (2008 & 2015); Earned the Ed Block Courage Award in 2008; Selected to the 2013 ALL-FUNDAMENTALS team and was voted Special Teams Captain; Selected to the 2010 and 2015 Pro Bowl and was a finalist in Season 11 of America's Got Talent!
