This National Women's Soccer League team will not only help rebuild and maintain the facility but also invest in community benefits directed towards restoring Franklin Park and supporting organizations in the surrounding neighborhood.

Instead, this publicly owned student athletics facility will be leased by Boston Legacy FC for up to 20 games per year. The deal with Boston Legacy totals $252 million in community benefits over 15 years - making it the largest such deal in the city's history. This includes 60% of the construction costs, which have been capped by a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract.
