Under Matt's leadership, the Houston Boston Partnership will implement NetSuite ERP as its financial backbone. This investment is expected to provide real-time financial visibility across all stores and brands under the partnership's umbrella. These include Adams Automotive, Now Auto Care, Pleasant Car Care, JB Auto Care, JJ Auto Service and Bartel's Auto Clinic.

The NetSuite system will enable multi-entity P&L reporting, RO level cost tracking, internal controls, real-time consolidated reporting, integrated payroll and bonus modeling, callback and warranty analysis, KPI dashboards and cash forecasting. It also allows for easy scalability for future acquisitions.

According to Todd Hayes, Co-Founder of the Houston Boston Partnership: "Matt is more than just a CFO; he is the architect of our ERP-driven scale-up strategy. This Fortune 500 infrastructure has been built by entrepreneurs who continue to work tirelessly as if it's Day One."

With the appointment of Matt Keys and the implementation of NetSuite ERP, the Houston Boston Partnership is strengthening its infrastructure for long-term value creation. The platform is pre-integrated, audit-ready, and well-positioned to capture valuation opportunities in future private equity transactions.

"This is not just a new chapter; it's the blueprint for building the first billion-dollar independent auto repair platform in America," Hayes added. "Matt is the missing piece, and now the table is fully set." With this strategic move, the Houston Boston Partnership is well on its way to achieving its vision of becoming a billion-dollar company.
