BROOKLYN, NY – Brooklyn is officially focused. Fullyfocusedmgnt CEO MacAthure Vixama announces the signing of Brooklyn lyricist Rico Bankz (@RicoBankzz1) to an exclusive 2-Year Multi-Ecosystem Artist Development Deal.
Rico Bankz, 32, Brooklyn-born artist since age 16 who built his own label on raw lyricism, now joins the most aggressive independent infrastructure in NYC.
Led by CEO MacAthure Vixama, FullyFocusedMGNT is a Brooklyn-based entertainment and artist management company powering viral tours, artist development, and culture-driven events nationwide.
"We wanted to create something that feels luxurious but still authentic to the culture," said Vixama.
This is not a record deal – it's full ecosystem access. Through its growing network of partners and businesses, Fullyfocusedmgnt works to create shared opportunities across entertainment, media and business services.

The 2-Year Plan: A&R and studio development, full PR push, placement on the viral Takeover Reloaded Tour 2, brand deals, merch, and monetization across music, fashion, and nightlife.
The move is backed by serious scale. The company estimates the broader Fullyfocusedmgnt ecosystem at approximately $8.6 million in value, based on businesses, ownership interests, partnerships, operations and assets connected to the network. This is an internal company estimate and is not presented as an independently audited valuation.
