FoodNiche-ED Innovation Showcase Premieres in New York City

NEW YORK - EntSun -- FoodNiche-ED, an education technology company advancing science and nutrition education, today announced the launch of the FoodNiche-ED Innovation Showcase (A National Student Science, Nutrition & Health Innovation Showcase), premiering on May 26, 2026, in New York City.

The FoodNiche-ED Innovation Showcase is a national, student-centered culminating event open exclusively to FoodNiche-ED participating schools, designed to spotlight how science education can be transformed when connected to real-world experiences.

The showcase brings together student teams from across the country to present inquiry-driven projects that demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Students proffer solutions to real world challenges such as sustainability, food health challenges, food waste and food insecurity.
