FEH Design Opens New Dubuque Office at 902 Main Street

DUBUQUE, Iowa - EntSun -- Dubuque, Iowa - FEH Design is proud to welcome the community into its new Dubuque Main Street location on October 15, 2026, from 4:30 - 6:30 PM. FEH Design (formerly at 951 Main Street) began the process of finding a new office location in 2022. With multiple locations considered for future growth, FEH Design selected an important historic building that was vacant and at risk of collapse or demolition. With this building, the team was able to invest in Dubuque's downtown community by rebuilding and renovating a corner of Main Street.

Over the course of 3 years, FEH Design fully renovated and reimagined the space at 902 Main in Dubuque. The most recent phase of construction was led by local community partners, Conlon Construction. FEH Design extends thanks to all local suppliers, contractors, and partners involved in the project. The completed building stands as an innovative and welcoming space that provides growth opportunities for additional staff and appropriate space for operational expansion.

Led by Kevin Eipperle, AIA, FEH Design opened its Dubuque office in 2011. Kevin was named President of the company in 2022 and continues to lead our team of creatives in collaborative design for our communities.

Today, FEH Design supports 50 designers across four locations. The firm focuses on public and private sector design highlighting K-12 education, public libraries, commercial, municipal, and more.
