LAS VEGAS - EntSun -- A civil complaint has been filed in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada (Case No. 2:26-cv-00646-GMN-NJK) involving Beuce Digital Assets, LTD and Miqesia Investment Alliance, LTD. The filing seeks damages in excess of $20,000,000.
The lawsuit centralizes on allegations regarding the investment practices and operational transparency of both entities. According to the filing, the plaintiffs are seeking relief based on claims related to breach of contract and the management of investor funds.
The complaint further brings into question the verified identities of several individuals associated with the organizations, including those identified as John Shaw Keers, Chris Merrill de la Torre, Natalie Sinclair, and Jessica Li. Additionally, the filing addresses discrepancies regarding the physical business addresses registered with various Secretaries of State.
