This one-of-a-kind workshop introduces dancers of all levels to the joyful footwork, claps, and circular formations that define Garba, while blending in modern flair for a fresh fusion experience. Rooted in tradition, Garba is a folk dance from Gujarat, India, performed during Navratri to honor Goddess Durga. Its circular movements symbolize the cycles of life and community, and during Navratri, people gather nightly to dance Garba and Dandiya in vibrant circles of music, rhythm, and joy. Beyond just a dance, Garba is a celebration of togetherness, culture, and spirituality. Whether you're reconnecting with your roots or simply exploring something new, this workshop is a chance to immerse yourself in rich tradition while enjoying a lively, contemporary twist.
