Emmy-Winning Journalist José Martínez to Debut Powerful New Book at New York Mobile Film Festival

NEW YORK - EntSun -- NEW YORK, NY — Emmy Award-winning journalist and storyteller José Martínez will unveil his debut book, Your English is Great, But…, at the New York Mobile Film Festival this Thursday, July 10, the same day the book becomes officially available on Amazon and wherever books are sold.

Hosted at Regal Union Square, the special VIP First Look event includes a live reading and an on-stage conversation on storytelling in television, where Martínez will join a panel of award-winning creators dedicated to media representation and immigrant voices.

From covering national newsrooms to confronting microaggressions with humor and heart, Martínez weaves stories that speak to anyone who's ever been underestimated for how they speak — or who they are.
