Emmett Till Legacy Foundation to host Women of Courage Awards Gala fundraiser at National Press Club

WASHINGTON - EntSun -- The Gala Chair is April Ellington, co-founder of the Savoy Ellingtons, vocalist, philanthropist and freedom fighter for social justice and civil rights. Honorary Co-Chairs are Lonnie G. Bunch III, an educator, historian and Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution, William Cohen, attorney and former Secretary of Defense and Janet Langhart Cohen, award winning journalist, author, playwright and social justice activist.
