Rhealize Strategic Talent Advisory announces its first Mutual-Fit pilot with Prepared for Duty Recruitment, a municipal staffing specialist serving departments and leadership teams across Western Canada. EDMONTON, Alberta - EntSun -- Rhealize Strategic Talent Advisory has launched its first Mutual-Fit pilot with Prepared for Duty Recruitment, an Edmonton agency founded by Cindy Moretti. The pilot is running on active municipal recruitment work across Western Canada.

Mutual-Fit (https://mutualfit.carrd.co/) is a structured hiring approach built on a simple premise: people, roles and company goals. Before a search begins, employers define the role across eight dimensions. All candidates are then screened against the definition. No pre-filtering.

Moretti attended the Western Cities HR Conference (https://wchrc.ca/) in Nanaimo in October 2025, where Rhealize Co-Founder Dona Baker presented the Mutual-Fit approach. Moretti recognized the problem in keyword-driven screening and saw the benefits for her municipal clients.

"We built Mutual-Fit to solve a problem most hiring managers recognize the moment they hear it," said Dona Baker, Co-Founder of Rhealize Strategic Talent Advisory. "The intake is where most searches go wrong. A vague role definition produces weak results, no matter how strong the process is."
