(DE-FI) Global INC Announces the That's Sew Prom Experience

The Cincinnati Fashion Incubator and the Dayton Fashion Week Designer Incubator announce the That's Sew Prom Experience offering custom made prom dresses and suits to deserving students in Southwest Ohio as well as sewing workshops for teens.
DAYTON, Ohio - EntSun -- DAYTON, OH — (DE-FI) Global INC, the parent company of the Cincinnati Fashion Incubator and the Dayton Fashion Week Designer Incubator are offering custom made prom dresses or suits to deserving students in the Southwest Ohio Region as a part of the That's Sew Prom Experience in collaboration with the Weaver Avenue Church of Christ Sewing Guild.
Additionally, the That's Sew Prom Experience will also include introductory sewing and business of fashion workshops for teens ages 13-18 years old who are interested in a career in fashion. Student's who participate in The That's Sew Prom Experience will be eligible to join A Generation of (DE-FI)ance Sr.'s Youth Fashion Incubator.

According to (DE-FI) Global INC's Owner/Director Caressa L. Brown, the "That's Sew Prom was created to help remove the financial barriers that many students and their families face ahead of one of the most memorable nights of their high school experience and (DE-FI) Global INC is committed to helping students fulfill their dream."
Referrals are required for students seeking a custom made prom dress/suit. Referral must be submitted by school personnel or social worker. Students who are currently experiencing financial are personal need will be given priority, while supplies last. Students who are interested in being considered for the That's Sew Prom Experience workshops must request an invite. Both the invite and referral forms can be found on our website htttp://www.defiglobalinc.com and will be available beginning Friday, January 12, 2024; the deadline for both is Friday, February 2nd.
Sewing supplies such as fabric, zippers, and notions as well as any monetary donations are being accepted. For information on how you can donate or volunteer for That's Sew Prom, please send an email to info@defiglobalinc.com.
