Dave Jarvis Senate Campaign Announces Parabolic Growth in Social Media Interest

Dave Jarvis, an independent-minded Democrat campaigning for the United States Senate from New Hampshire, today announced what his campaign describes as a dramatic acceleration in public interest
MANCHESTER, N.H. - EntSun -- Dave Jarvis, an independent-minded Democrat campaigning for the United States Senate from New Hampshire, today announced what his campaign describes as a dramatic acceleration in public interest and engagement across social media.
According to campaign analytics, attention surrounding Jarvis's candidacy has grown rapidly in recent weeks, with increasing numbers of people viewing, sharing, discussing and engaging with his campaign's political ideas online.
"We're seeing something that I didn't expect to happen this quickly," Jarvis said. "The interest isn't simply in me as a candidate. People are responding to the ideas we're talking about."
Jarvis's campaign has focused on issues that he believes are being largely overlooked by traditional political campaigns, including the economic consequences of artificial intelligence and automation, the future of employment, the affordability of housing and healthcare, food security, government spending and the long-term sustainability of the American economic system.

Rather than concentrating exclusively on the political controversies of the moment, Jarvis says his campaign is attempting to address what he considers the larger structural changes that will shape Americans' lives over the coming decades.
"The political system keeps asking what we're going to do about today's problems," Jarvis said. "I'm interested in asking what happens when the world changes underneath the assumptions our entire economic system was built on."
The campaign's growing social media audience has provided Jarvis with an opportunity to develop and discuss those ideas directly with voters without relying on traditional political gatekeepers.
Jarvis is particularly interested in the relationship between technological productivity and ordinary Americans' economic security. He argues that if artificial intelligence and robotics dramatically increase productivity while reducing the need for human labor, the country will have to rethink how income, consumer demand, housing, taxation and social programs function together.
