Cuts by Celia Partners with The Nevada School Foundation to Provide Job Interview Haircuts
EntSun News/11098188
LAS VEGAS - EntSun -- LAS VEGAS, Nev. — The Nevada School Foundation is proud to recognize Celia Salmeron, owner of Cuts by Celia, for her commitment to helping young adults prepare for employment by providing professional haircuts for participants before job interviews.
A professional appearance can make a meaningful difference when interviewing for a job. Through her support, Celia is helping participants build confidence, make a positive first impression, and take another important step toward long-term independence.
The Nevada School Foundation's Board of Directors is committed to ensuring that young adults have every opportunity to succeed. While safe housing, education, and career training are essential, the Board believes that small acts of support—such as a professional haircut before an interview—can make a lasting impact on a young person's confidence and future.
"Our Board of Directors believes that success is built through community," said Maria Novello, Executive Director of The Nevada School Foundation. "Celia's support is a wonderful example of how local businesses can help remove barriers to employment. Her kindness is giving our participants more than a haircut—she is giving them confidence, dignity, and the opportunity to make a strong first impression."
