"I met Tom at a Human Synergistics Intl. Global Creative Change TED Talk in Chicago. He was the keynote speaker and thrilled everyone with his story," said Jim Smas, Walker's host and instructor of management for the College of Business Administration. "Since my upcoming class theme is motivation, what better way to influence students than by letting Tom discuss how he engages people of all walks of life, include former prisoners and felons who are given a new lease on life in his business. He operates at six sigma quality and has received numerous awards as the top place to work in Chicago. This is a story that is well worth hearing."
