Microsoft Azure customers worldwide can now take advantage of the Captain Up loyalty platform, powered by machine learning and behavioural economics.
REDMOND, Wash. - EntSun -- SEATTLE, WA, Captain Up, an enterprise-grade platform for customer loyalty, announced the availability of Captain Up next generation Loyalty platform on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online store for applications and services that integrates with Microsoft's Azure.
The collaboration includes an integration with Microsoft advanced transaction tools and enables brands to purchase and activate the Captain Up loyalty platform directly from the marketplace, having the commercial agreement and billing done all in one click.

Captain Up's engagement and retention platform powers brands with the ability to reward loyal customers, to optimise the user journey and to promote any message - in app and in real time.
Today, customers expect to be rewarded for their attention, for following the brand's expected user behaviour, such as visiting a store, filling a form, sharing data and so on.
