California Packaging Supplier Eliminates Minimum Order Requirement for Post-Consumer Recycled Bottle

The timing aligns with California's SB 54 legislation, which mandates minimum post-consumer recycled content in all rigid plastic packaging sold in the state. The law requires 30% PCR by 2030, 40% by 2032, and 50% by 2035. Brands starting with 50% PCR bottles now will meet every compliance threshold through 2035.
