Lead instructor Brandon Tagayun expands specialized curriculum to include multi state concealed carry permit certification and real world home defense planning in West Virginia.
CHARLESTON, W.Va. - EntSun -- A leader in specialized firearms education and personal protection, today announced the official launch of its expanded 2026 training schedule. The new curriculum is designed to provide residents of the greater Charleston area with high level self defense training that goes beyond basic permit requirements.
Under the direction of Brandon Tagayun, a USCCA certified instructor with extensive law enforcement and military security experience, BL Outfitters now offers a comprehensive suite of courses. These include West Virginia CCW permit certification, advanced pistol tactics, and specialized safety workshops for Houses of Worship.
