Biti Bites Biteables: Real Baked Cookie Dough Wrapped Ice Cream, SMALL BITE BIG FLAVORS
EntSun News/11078134
Third generation family and veteran owned MGT Foods brings big flavor in a guilt free two bite frozen treat. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Strawberry Shortcake now rolling out nationwide.
KEYPORT, N.J. - EntSun -- Oceanport, NJ – MGT Foods, a third generation family and veteran owned frozen dessert company founded in Brooklyn in 1968, proudly announces the nationwide launch of Biti Bites Biteables, the innovative frozen snack that wraps real baked cookie dough around creamy super premium ice cream.
Each perfectly snackable two bite treat delivers massive flavor at just 60 calories with zero corn syrup, artificial colors, dyes, or flavors. The secret is a proprietary process: real cookies are baked first using premium ingredients including imported Italian dark chocolate chips, pure Madagascar vanilla, rBST free milk and cream, and cane sugar. Those freshly baked cookies are then transformed into a delicious edible shell that locks in ultra creamy ice cream.

Biti Bites Biteables debut in two crowd pleasing varieties:
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough – classic vanilla ice cream surrounded by chocolate chip studded cookie dough loaded with real dark chocolate chips.
Strawberry Shortcake – strawberry ice cream wrapped in tender shortcake cookie dough bursting with natural strawberry flavor.
Each resealable pouch contains twelve individually portioned Biteables, ideal for families, lunchboxes, gym bags, movie nights, or anytime cravings strike without the guilt.
From humble Brooklyn beginnings introducing bold Asian inspired ice cream flavors to New York restaurants, MGT Foods has grown into an innovation leader with beloved brands such as Mr. Green Tea Ice Cream, Mr. Mochi, The Bear & The Rat frozen yogurt for dogs, and Eat Mud plant based desserts. A 2014 appearance on MSNBC's The Profit with Marcus Lemonis accelerated growth, and in 2024 the company opened a state of the art 19,567 sq ft facility in Oceanport, New Jersey to meet soaring demand while maintaining hand crafted quality.

New flavors are already in development based on direct input from fans who love the clean label, portion controlled format.
"Biti Bites brings together everything we stand for: decades of dessert craftsmanship, bold innovation, and simple ingredients that taste incredible," said Michael James Emanuele, third generation owner. "We can't wait for families everywhere to discover small bites with huge flavor and zero guilt."
