2- Avocados (Peeled, Pitted in Chunks)

1 Cup Fresh Microgreens

1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro

2 Tbsp Ground Cumin

2 Tbsp Verdant (Italian Herb Spice Blend)

2 Tbsp Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tsp SuperPowder (Freeze Dried Microgreens)

Finish with Squeeze of fresh Lime Juice plus Salt and Pepper to taste

Optional Fresh Chopped Onions, Tomatoes and slices of Lime for Garnish
