Author and Educator Launches Inspiring Children's Book Series and School Program to Empower Kids

SARASOTA, Fla. - EntSun -- Author, communications specialist, and safety advocate Donna Miles has released a heartwarming new children's book series, Valencia Rose, alongside a school-based initiative called Peace Partners, aimed at helping children develop emotional awareness, build confidence, and resolve conflicts peacefully.

The Valencia Rose series follows a young girl with a special ability to see the emotional "colors" around people — teaching children how to recognize feelings in themselves and others, understand body language, and foster empathy.

"The books were inspired by my work with children in schools and my own experiences teaching adults how to stay aware, safe, and confident," said Miles. "I wanted to create a story that empowers kids to notice the world around them and realize they have the tools to navigate conflicts without violence or fear."
