Legal aid organization Florida Justice Center announces civil litigation attorney Aaron Parnas has joined its Board of Directors.
OAKLAND PARK, Fla. - EntSun -- Florida Justice Center, the state's only criminal legal aid organization, announced today the addition of attorney Aaron Parnas to its Board of Directors. Mr. Parnas joins FLJC after serving as a pro bono attorney and as an advocate for the disenfranchised and marginalized. Bringing a passion for justice reform and a huge platform to be heard, Mr. Parnas will work to raise awareness of issues championed by FLJC as well as actively engaging young lawyers in their work.
Mr. Parnas is currently a civil litigation attorney with the law firm of Boyd Richards Parker Colonnelli in Miami. He has represented indigent criminal defendants and continues to do so through his pro bono volunteerism efforts. Mr. Parnas has interned with the Palm Beach State Attorney's Office and Broward County Public Defender's Office, gaining important experience in both sides of the criminal court system.
