Arabella Wellness Center Launches Campaign to Expand Access to Women's Wellness Services Across North Texas

DALLAS - EntSun -- Arabella Wellness Center Inc, a women-led, veteran-founded nonprofit, has launched a fundraising campaign to expand access to trauma-informed wellness services for women in North Texas and beyond. Focused on women veterans, healthcare workers, educators, and caregivers, Arabella provides holistic support tailored to the unique needs of those navigating high-demand roles and limited access to personalized care.

Arabella's care model integrates mental health support, restorative movement (including yoga and breathwork), oral health education, and nutritional guidance rooted in body positivity and intuitive eating. Services are offered virtually to accommodate women with demanding schedules, caregiving responsibilities, and those living in rural or underserved areas.

"Our vision is to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and strengthened," said Dr. Natesha Smith-Isabell, CEO and co-founder of Arabella and a U.S. Army veteran. "We're building a system of care that doesn't ask women to choose between their well-being and their obligations."

This campaign addresses urgent gaps in access to care:

• Nearly one in four U.S. women skip or delay care due to cost.
• Texas leads the nation in uninsured women.
• Women veterans are twice as likely to experience trauma-related mental health conditions but often feel misunderstood in civilian care settings.
• Educators, healthcare workers, and caregivers face rising rates of burnout, stress, and isolation.

Funds raised will support subsidized care for women who cannot afford services, as well as program evaluation, wellness workshops, and community outreach.
