Banks' accepted session, "From Employer Needs to Talent Pipelines: A Practical Framework for Business Services Teams," will help business services professionals strengthen employer engagement, identify workforce gaps, and move beyond transactional job order conversations toward long-term talent pipeline development.

During the 60-minute session, participants will learn how to shift employer conversations from job orders to workforce solutions; identify skill gaps, training needs, retention challenges, and career pathway opportunities; and build employer engagement strategies that support business growth, upskilling, retention, and long-term workforce planning.

Participants will also receive The Employer-to-Pipeline Strategy Toolkit™, a practical resource that includes an employer conversation map, discovery questions, a skill gap worksheet, and a talent pipeline planner.
