ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - EntSun -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Allison Murray (https://www.swlaw.com/people/allison_murray/) has rejoined the firm's Orange County office as an associate in its Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Business Reorganization Group, as well as the Commercial Finance Group, offering a unique blend of experience that spans both litigation and transactional matters.

Her litigation practice also extends to non-bankruptcy aspects of insolvency law, such as creditors' rights and remedies, receiverships, and foreclosures.

Murray's transactional practice includes representing lender clients in the documentation of commercial, real estate, and asset-based lending transactions and out-of-court workouts.
