AI Rental Platform Letty Launches to Help London Renters Search Flats Easier

EntSun -- London, UK — With renters now spending up to 40% of their income on rent, finding a decent flat has become less about choice and more about survival. Letty (Lettyapp.io), a new AI-powered rental platform, aims to change that by helping renters search smarter — and by telling them the truth about listings that most portals leave out.

Now open in early public beta, Letty allows renters to search for homes using natural language rather than rigid filters. Instead of ticking boxes, users can simply ask for what they want — for example, "a quiet two-bed near Victoria Park under £2,000" — and receive results that reflect intent, not just keywords.

"Renting in the UK is opaque by design," said Abey Onalaja, founder of Letty.  "Listings rarely tell you what really matters — whether a flat is overpriced, poorly managed, or likely to disappear in hours. As a renter myself, I wanted to build something that looks out for the renter, not just the transaction."
