LONDON - EntSun -- Adtec Healthcare Secures $12 Million Investment to Accelerate Global Growth

London, UK – 11 July 2025 – Adtec Healthcare Limited, a leader in Cold Plasma medical technology, has secured $12 million in investment from AIPO Fund (lead investor) and SG Biomedical. This funding will drive the company's global expansion, new product development, and entry into the U.S. market.

Adtec Healthcare spun out from Adtec Plasma Technology Co., Ltd. (Japan) in June 2023. With over 20 years of Cold Plasma expertise, it launched the first device of its kind, now used across Europe for wound care and infection control.

The investment will:

• Develop a next-generation Cold Plasma medical device
• Support FDA approval and U.S. launch
• Expand into new global markets
• Boost R&D and manufacturing
