365 Days of Movement. 100 Episodes From a Car. What's Next?

EntSun News/11097108
Richmond, Kentucky podcaster Ashley Grant launches the More Movement Please membership community on Monday, July 13, with 14 year fitness instructor Rhonda Goode joining as head coach.

RICHMOND, Ky. - EntSun -- One year ago, Ashley Grant made herself a simple promise. She would move her body every single day. When she was 100 days in, she started to record it all for her podcast, More Movement Please. On Monday, July 13, she hits day 365. It's also the release of her 100th episode. To mark both at once, she is opening her fitness community to anyone who wants to start moving too.

The numbers behind the year and podcast are hard to ignore. By Monday, Grant will have completed more than 800 workouts and taken more than 700 fitness classes over 365 days. More than 500 of those classes will have been taught by Rhonda Goode, a group fitness instructor with 14 years of experience at the YMCA in Richmond, Kentucky. Grant has recorded almost all of her show the same way she started it: sitting in her car, sweaty and honest, with nothing polished about it.

"I was the person who felt too out of shape to even walk into a gym," Grant said. "I started this show and community for people who feel exactly like that. You don't have to be an athlete. You just have to move a little more than you did yesterday. Then keep going. More movement is the whole goal."

A Head Coach Who Tells It Straight

On Monday, Goode steps in as head coach inside the paid membership tiers. She brings tough love, real instruction, and a firm stance against diet culture and quick fixes.

"I am not here to sell you a pill or a six week miracle," Goode said. "I am here to help you build something that lasts. Show up, do the work, and stop waiting for motivation to find you."

Move More, Together

The More Movement Please community (https://www.patreon.com/moremovementplease) officially launches Monday, July 13, built around accountability and support, not content alone. Members get check-ins, coaching, surprise audio drops from Goode, and a place to keep going when motivation runs thin. The mission is plain: Help people who feel intimidated by fitness take a first step, then a second, and then keep going with more movement.

More Movement Please is hosted on RSS.com. Listeners can find every episode and join the community at famousashleygrant.com/fitness.

Every episode ends the same way, with the question that started it all: Have you worked out today?
