HOUSTON - EntSun -- 2nd Annual Back 2 School Bash Returns to Sunnyside to Support Houston Families
HOUSTON, Texas — Preferred Behavioral Health Agency and A Kind Gesture Homecare Agency are proud to present the 2nd Annual Back 2 School Bash, taking place Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Sunnyside Community Center, 4410 Reed Road, Houston, TX 77051.
This free community event is designed to help local students and families prepare for the upcoming school year by providing free backpacks and school supplies (while supplies last), along with family-friendly activities, community resources, giveaways, and opportunities to connect with local organizations dedicated to serving the Houston community.
"We believe every child deserves to start the school year with confidence and the tools they need to succeed," said the event organizers. "The Back 2 School Bash is about more than supplies—it's about bringing our community together to support our youth and strengthen our neighborhoods."

The event is made possible through the generous support of community partners and sponsors, including Olive Garden and Texas Children's, whose commitment to Houston families helps make this annual event possible.
Food trucks, vendors, and community organizations are encouraged to participate. Food trucks must possess all required City of Houston licenses and permits.
