2026 Parade of Homes Kicks Off April 18 in Atlanta

ATLANTA - EntSun -- For more than 60 years, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) has been proud to present the Atlanta Parade of Homes. That is particularly true this year. Over the course of three weekends – April 18-19, 25-26, and May 2-3 – everyone from prospective homebuyers and real estate agents to interior design influencers and inspiration seekers will converge on the largest annual Spring showcase of new homes across Metro Atlanta. This year's Parade will feature 25 builders and over 150 homes spanning 24 cities and 20 counties.

The Atlanta Parade of Homes offers FREE self-guided tours of a wide variety of models, spec houses, and available townhomes, shining a spotlight on a broad range of builders, styles, locations, and price points. Each featured home is expertly crafted by GAHBA builder members, including David Weekley Homes, Taylor Morrison, and many more. To further enhance the allure of the Parade, select builders may offer door prizes, giveaways, and special incentives.

Parade hours across all three weekends in April and May are: Saturday, 11 AM to 5 PM; and Sunday, 1 to 5 PM. To view the Parade of Homes' interactive map and plot a course of homes and communities they wish to tour, prospective Parade goers are encouraged to visit atlhomesparade.com or download the app from the App Store (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/atlhomesparade/id1450786531?ls=1&mt=8) or Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eam.atlpoh). During their tour, Parade goers can vote for their favorite homes on the Parade and enter a raffle to win Braves tickets, a Yeti cooler, and a pair of bicycles by scanning a QR code at each stop, with the winning builder to be announced at the end of May. The Atlanta Parade of Homes app also provides resources to help homebuyers make informed housing decisions.
