033 | David Kollar : Building A Brand (part 1)
EntSun News/10868318
TORONTO - EntSun -- One of the most common questions I hear from emerging designers, and entrepreneurs in general, is how do I scale my business from $0 to $1,000,000, and this week's episode features the perfect person to walk us through how he built his multi-million dollar brand from scratch.
Born in Slovakia, today's guest had a difficult start to his life. He was a young immigrant to Canada, arriving with his mom at the age of 7 with very little money and nothing but a future full of hope.
But this didn't stop the young entrepreneur from trying to achieve his dreams, in fact, as you will learn from this podcast, he's actually been able to use his upbringing as an advantage which has allowed him to create a business that has changed his life.
His namesake clothing brand is now a multimillion-dollar company that has been worn by the likes of Shawn Mendes and Steph Curry, just to name a few, and has been featured in GQ, Complex magazine and many other media outlets.
To me, it's inspiring stories like that of today's guest that truly provides hope to other aspiring designers that anything is possible with hard work and perseverance.

Before I jump into this episode, I wanted to take a second to thank my sponsors at Bean Bundle, Canada's newest coffee subscription.
Before I geared up for this interview I used my french press using beans they sent me from one of the dopest roasters from across the country.
Bean Bundle makes it so easy for people like me who drink tonnes of coffee every single day but love to try beans from different roasters.
The process is pretty simple...you just visit beanbundle.com (https://www.beanbundle.com/?rfsn=4626574.63b8e2), choose how much coffee you want on a monthly basis, medium or dark roast and they ship you different beans from the latest roasters on a monthly basis.
The best part is if you live in Canada they ship to you absolutely free and if you sign up using the code BUNDLE10 you'll save 10% your subscription. Now pour yourself a cup of coffee and enjoy this week's episode.
