Internet connectivity – Make sure that you are connected to internet and you are getting high speed. If not then speak to your internet service provider.
Check updates- in order to check for updates open the start menu then click on settings then press on update and security. After that press on Windows update and check if the update is available. When the system will finish checking for updates it will automatically install every update available.

Ensure time and date are correct- date and time are often used to encrypt the email between the mail provider and you. In order to do that open start and go to settings and navigate to time and language then click on set Automatically.
Refresh windows sync settings -  If the sync is not proper then it might cause Email to have issues. To solve this open the start menu and choose settings and click on accounts and go to Sync your settings in order to turn it on.
