Exposing A National Genocidal Scheme

The illegal prison pipeline born from the nixon-watergate shadow government
WASHINGTON - EntSun -- EXPOSING A NATIONAL GENOCIDAL SCHEME: THE ILLEGAL PRISON PIPELINE BORN FROM THE NIXON-WATERGATE SHADOW GOVERNMENT
"Since 1970, the United States government has quietly waged war on its own citizens. It is not a war of bullets—but one of fraudulent statutes, synthetic crimes, and mass incarceration."
—Riley Troy Graham
THE ORIGIN: A SHADOW OPERATION DISGUISED AS JUSTICE
In 1970, under the disgraced leadership of President Richard Nixon and his U.S. Attorney General John Mitchell, the United States launched what may be the most insidious and far-reaching domestic scheme in modern history: a national genocidal incarceration framework—engineered to mimic real law but built entirely on fiction.
This wasn't justice. It was Watergate 2.0 in slow motion.
While Nixon and Mitchell were rewriting history, they were also rewriting law. Together, they initiated Operation Safe Neighborhoods, and rewrote the United States Code, including the now-infamous Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970. While the nation was distracted by war protests and civil unrest, these men planted the seeds of a legal framework designed not to prosecute crime—but to fabricate it.

THE SCHEME: CRIMES CLONED, JUSTICE ABANDONED
Nixon and Mitchell's blueprint involved cloning every federal offense created by Congress and allowing the United States Attorneys' Offices to charge thousands of people with crimes that—on paper—looked legitimate, but in law, never existed.
Using vague legal analogies and charging instruments that "track the language" of real statutes, prosecutors across the country began deploying tools such as:
These charges were not rooted in any actual congressional authorization, but merely cited real-sounding statutes, copied their language, and misled grand juries, judges, and defense attorneys alike. Thousands of men and women were convicted of synthetic crimes, serving decades or life sentences under a regime of legal fiction.
THE ARCHITECTS: NIXON AND MITCHELL
This scheme was no accident. It was born from the same minds who brought us Watergate:
And while the nation remembers them for wiretaps and hotel break-ins, the real legacy they left was a legal weapon of mass destruction: a justice system capable of convicting citizens without Congress ever passing the crimes they were accused of.

THE VICTIMS: FALSELY CONVICTED AND FORGOTTEN
This scheme continues to this day. Across the United States, thousands of people are imprisoned under statutes that were never law, convicted by U.S. Attorneys using charges that sound real, look real, and cite real laws—but have no legal foundation.
This isn't conspiracy—it's legal engineering. And it's time to expose it.

Using vague legal analogies and charging instruments that "track the language" of real statutes, prosecutors across the country began deploying tools such as:
- Synthetic drug conspiracies
- Duplicative conspiracy charges
- Continuing Criminal Enterprises (CCE) facsimiles
- Multiple-object indictments
- Duplicious and multiplicious charges
These charges were not rooted in any actual congressional authorization, but merely cited real-sounding statutes, copied their language, and misled grand juries, judges, and defense attorneys alike. Thousands of men and women were convicted of synthetic crimes, serving decades or life sentences under a regime of legal fiction.
THE ARCHITECTS: NIXON AND MITCHELL
This scheme was no accident. It was born from the same minds who brought us Watergate:
- President Richard Nixon: Resigned in disgrace under threat of impeachment; the only U.S. president to do so.
- Attorney General John Mitchell: Convicted and imprisoned for his role in the Watergate cover-up. The very man who was entrusted with writing America's criminal code was also the first U.S. Attorney General to serve prison time.
And while the nation remembers them for wiretaps and hotel break-ins, the real legacy they left was a legal weapon of mass destruction: a justice system capable of convicting citizens without Congress ever passing the crimes they were accused of.
