Art lovers and partiers alike find a new Barcelona playground at an international group art show.

BARCELONA, Spain - Nov. 29, 2018 - EntSun -- A two headed beast suspended in a gilded cage of scaffolding, a fox sculpture made from hundreds of White Rabbit Hard Candy wrappers, and a portrait of "Love Soldier" greet you when you first enter The Masks We Wear exhibition at Manifest Destiny Art and that's just the beginning. In their 300 m2 (3200 sq feet) space, located in the heart of Barcelona's Art & Design District, Manifest Destiny Art has created an all-sensory installation on the theme The Masks We Wear. Artwork from 10 international artists, 2 art films, a private collection of Masks from around the world, a pop-up Art Library, and over 70 vintage Playboys from 1962-1972 have been curated specifically to highlight stories, articles, and artwork that reflect the theme The Masks We Wear.

"Art has always grappled with the masking and unmasking of the truth — figuratively and otherwise. This is a core value of art — to use image and light to reveal what is behind a mask. Or perhaps it is to glorify the mask and help us forget the ugliness that it covers. I'm so impressed by the artists in this exhibition, in each piece they have infused a vulnerability that you see when you look closer. " - Cobey Flynn Co-Founder Manifest Destiny Art
